MetCon:

4 Sets:

  • 4 Front Squats @ 70% (185#)
  • 6 Dips
  • 8 HSPU (I did pyramid pushups after the first set)
  • Rest 2:00

Lift:

EMOM 5:00

  • 10 Press or Push Press @ 60-70% (#135)

This really killed my shoulder, but made it through the EMOM. I think my shoulder is getting worse and probably should lay off shoulder work for a while.
